Products and orders

We sell fabric-cleaning accessories for removing loose pet hair. Follow the product instructions and test an inconspicuous area first. The mitt is for suitable fabrics, not for grooming directly on an animal. Performance depends on the fabric and type of hair.

Review the item, quantity, delivery address, shipping terms and total before submitting your order. The final payment button places an order with an obligation to pay. We send an order confirmation by email. Please contact us promptly if you find an error.

Prices and payment

Our US storefront displays prices in US dollars. Any applicable tax and delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payments are processed through the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not receive your full card details.

Fulfillment and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by a third-party supplier and may be shipped internationally. Our shipping policy forms part of these terms. If we cannot fulfill your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you about a delay or cancellation and refund. We may cancel an unavailable order and refund its full payment.

Cancellations and refunds

Our refund policy explains cancellations, the 30-day refund offer and how to report damaged, incorrect or missing orders. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
