Where we deliver

Our launch offer is for delivery to the United States. Free standard shipping is included in the displayed product price for eligible US addresses. Available delivery options and the final order total are shown before payment.

Fulfillment and delivery time

Orders are fulfilled directly by a third-party supplier and may travel internationally. We do not advertise this product as dispatched from a US warehouse.

Please allow up to 30 calendar days from your order date for delivery. Faster dates shown by a carrier or supplier are estimates, not an express delivery service. We will email the available tracking details after dispatch. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan.

Delays or unavailable items

If we learn that we cannot meet the stated timeframe, we will contact you promptly with the option to agree to a revised date or cancel for a full refund. We will not treat silence as permission for an indefinite delay. If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days, contact us for an investigation and a replacement or refund.

Charges and addresses

Applicable checkout taxes are shown before you pay. We do not ask customers to pay additional import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests such a charge, contact us before paying so we can resolve it or arrange a refund.
